We’re so excited to welcome you into our Chester boutique for an unforgettable, relaxed, and truly personal experience.

Each appointment is completely private and one-to-one, with your own dedicated bridal stylist offering friendly, supportive guidance throughout. Your appointment will last up to 1 hour 30 minutes, giving you plenty of time to browse, try on, and fall in love with your perfect gown — accompanied by your closest friends and family. Our guest policy allows for the bride and a maximum of up to three to four guests, though we’ll always do our best to accommodate more where possible.

When booking your appointment, you’ll complete a short questionnaire so we can get to know you and your bridal style. This allows us to prepare a beautiful selection of gowns tailored just for you, that we can go through together at your appointment.

When you arrive, you’ll be warmly welcomed with a chilled glass of fizz — the perfect way to start your appointment. Take a moment to relax, settle in, and chat with your stylist about your ideas, your venue, and what you imagine wearing on your big day. If it’s your first time trying on wedding dresses, don’t worry — we’ll guide you through every step and help you explore a range of silhouettes and designers so you can discover what feels truly you.

You’ll have full access to browse our rails of ready-to-wear designer gowns, all under £1,800 and available in sizes 8–24. Each dress has been handpicked for its beautiful craftsmanship, style, and timeless elegance.

Our spacious, elegant fitting room is yours for the duration of your appointment. Your stylist will assist you into each gown and adjust with clips and pins so you can see exactly how your dream dress will look when fitted perfectly to you.

Once you find the one, we’ll celebrate in true MFV style — with fizz, photos and a very special gift from us - a tree planted in your name, complete with a certificate, as part of our commitment to supporting the environment. It’s a magical way to remember your day and give back to the planet at the same time!

Finally, we’ll go through the next steps, including accessories, any alteration guidance and dress cleaning advice. We’ll also answer any questions you may have — we’re here for you every step of the way.
