Hanni - Owner
As the proud owner, Hanni created My Funny Valentine Bridal after her own experience of buying a bridal gown. Bridal was always her passion from a little girl and her aim was always to offer a fabulous experience for brides, in the most unique, personal and welcoming setting.
Hanni lives and breathes bridal and specialises in bringing only the very best bridal designers to MFV, from all across the globe.
She previously worked as a solicitor, however her enthusiasm and passion for bridal could not be dampened and after many years of planning, this inspired her to pursue her dreams and open her own boutique.
Hanni’s knowledge of bridal and customer service is second to none. She really strives to help every bride, no matter of their style to find their dream dress and will do all she can to assist in any way. She cannot wait to meet you all!
Abi - Assistant Manager
A self-confessed bridal and wedding obsessive, at the age of fifteen Abi’s first job was at a florist where her passion for weddings grew! Working within the wedding industry for many years further developed her love for weddings and bridal, especially combined with her childhood dream of being a wedding dress designer!
After the birth of her little girl, she decided it was time for a change and we knew straight away that she was the perfect fit to help our MFV Brides and join the team.
With a degree in Fine Art and Photography, Abi has a keen eye for detail and she takes great pleasure in helping brides achieve their perfect day. Her favourite part of the job is watching the curtain open and witnessing that amazing ‘bridal glow’, when brides find their dream dress!
Amy - Bridal Stylist
Amy joined our team at the end of last year after working for one of our designers in their London flagship store and has become a core member of the MFV family!
Amy fell in love with all things bridal from a very young age, sketching up designs for pure enjoyment.
After getting her degree in costume design and making, she used her sewing skills to go into bridal alterations and styling, finally immersing herself in this happy and creative industry.
With her wide experience on bridal alterations and gown knowledge, Amy is your perfect bridal stylist! Amy can pull on her wealth of knowledge to help each of our brides through the whole process from very first appointment to final fitting. She is an expert on fabrics, fit and customisations and therefore can help every bride at MFV Bridal not only find their dream gown, but also to create their unique dream wedding look.
Abi - Bridal Stylist
Abi is an ex professional dancer, who travelled all over the world during her dance career, before settling back down in North Wales.
Abi discovered her love for bridal when she started planning her own wedding and being a MFV Bride herself, we knew she was the perfect fit for our team! As a recent bride, Abi is the perfect person to help our brides to make an informed choice when searching for their dream dress, as well as being able to fully relate to all of the nerves and excitement that come with wedding dress shopping.
With Abi’s creative flair, she loves to help brides create their own unique bridal look, to ensure their wedding dress is 100% perfect for them. Abi understands that every bride is different and has the vision to help create that ‘wow’ look that our brides are after, she loves to help brides create their own unique bridal look ensuring that their wedding dress is 100% perfect for them.
Abi is currently on maternity leave after the birth of her beautiful baby boy.
